This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use PayNexa, including its Discord bot, website, and related marketplace features.

1. Information We May Process

Depending on the features enabled by a server, PayNexa may process Discord user IDs, server or guild IDs, usernames or display information, product information, order IDs, order status, payment status, ticket messages or transcript records, and reviews or testimonials submitted by users.

2. Payment Information

PayNexa is designed to work with configured payment workflows and may use payment providers such as Midtrans. Payment credentials and sensitive financial information should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored unnecessarily by PayNexa. PayNexa may retain transaction references and payment status needed to operate the order workflow.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to create and manage orders, create private tickets, verify or record payment status, deliver products, issue receipts, manage reviews, maintain server configuration, prevent abuse, and operate the Service.

4. Data Storage

The planned PayNexa architecture uses a cloud PostgreSQL database such as Supabase. The exact data retained depends on the features and configuration deployed by the PayNexa operator. Do not claim that a specific security control exists unless it is actually implemented in the deployed system.

5. Discord Data

PayNexa receives information through Discord interactions and APIs necessary for the bot to function. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's own policies and terms.

6. Data Sharing

Information may be processed by service providers required to operate PayNexa, such as hosting, database, Discord, and payment providers. PayNexa should not sell personal information as part of the ordinary operation of the Service.

7. Data Retention

Data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for order history, accounting, support, moderation, security, legal obligations, or the operation of the Service. Retention periods can vary by server configuration and applicable requirements.

8. User Requests

Where applicable law provides privacy rights, users may request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable rights regarding their information. Requests should be sent through the official PayNexa support channel.

9. Children's Privacy

PayNexa is not intended to independently collect information from children in violation of applicable law. Server operators are responsible for complying with the rules and age requirements applicable to their communities and services.

10. Security

Reasonable measures should be used to protect stored information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Server administrators should limit staff permissions and avoid posting sensitive payment credentials in public channels.

11. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Service or its data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
